We are Maimo, officially known as Maison Moderne sarl, a proudly Cameroonian company and the fastest-growing furniture manufacturer in Cameroon. Based in Douala, just behind 4 Etage Bonaberi, our factory serves as the beating heart of a movement that delivers complete furnishing solutions to homes, schools, hotels, offices, and institutions across Cameroon and Africa.

With a highly skilled team of 95 professionals, we specialize in delivering high-quality, Western-style custom furniture using top-grade materials and streamlined systems. Our services span from door frames to dining tables, from wardrobes to wine bars — all meticulously designed, manufactured, and installed with precision, speed, and durability in mind.

Our Origin Story
The story of Maimo is rooted in passion, vision, and bold sacrifice. Our Founder and CEO, a UK-trained computer scientist, left his job in England after 21 years of living and working there to return to Cameroon with a dream: to build a homegrown furniture company that could compete on an international level and create real opportunities for local youth.

That dream became Maimo. Over just four years, we’ve grown into one of Cameroon’s largest furniture manufacturing companies, producing everything we design right here in Cameroon and proudly empowering our communities through employment, skills, and innovation.

• 3D Video Walkthrough – A guided visual journey of your custom design before we build.
• Pro Forma Invoice – Clear, transparent costing.
• Deposit – A minimum of 70% to kick-start production.
• Manufacturing – Everything is built in-house, with expert craftsmanship.
• Balance Payment – Triggered upon video confirmation of production completion.
• Installation – Scheduled delivery and installation anywhere in Cameroon or Africa.
