               1.1. MAIMO (Maison Moderne) manufactures and sells furniture and home products, including sofas, beds, dining tables, office desks, school furniture, kitchen fittings, center tables,

               1.3. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 
               2. Customer Accounts
               2.1. You may create an account to track your orders, manage delivery addresses, and view past purchases.

               2.2. When creating an account, you must:

               Provide accurate and complete information;

               Notify MAIMO immediately of any unauthorized access.

               2.3. Your account is for personal use only. You will not have access to MAIMO’s admin or backend systems.

               2.4. MAIMO may suspend or close accounts for suspicious activity or breaches of these Terms.

 
               3. Product Orders and Sale
               3.1. All products on maimo.cm are sold directly by MAIMO.

               3.2. By confirming an order, you agree to purchase the products at the price displayed, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees.

               3.3. Products must be used according to their specifications. MAIMO warrants that all products are of satisfactory quality, safe, and as described.

 
               4. Payment
               4.1. Payments must be made using the methods provided at checkout, including:

               Mobile Money

               Bank Transfer

              Online Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

              4.2. All payments are processed securely. MAIMO does not store sensitive card information.

 
              5. Delivery
              5.1. MAIMO delivers products anywhere in Cameroon.

              5.2. Delivery times are displayed during checkout.

              5.3. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. MAIMO is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances beyond our control.

 
             6. Returns & Refunds
             6.1. Defective or damaged products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

             6.2. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

              7.1. MAIMO processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

              Scrape, mine, or extract data without MAIMO’s prior written consent;

           10. MAIMO’s Role
           10.1. MAIMO manufactures, lists, sells, and delivers all products on the website.

           10.2. We are responsible for product quality, accurate descriptions, and timely delivery.

           10.3. For any issues with products or delivery, buyers must contact MAIMO Customer Support.

 
           11. Limitation of Liability
           11.1. MAIMO is not liable for:

           Losses due to events beyond our control (force majeure);

           Any indirect or consequential damages.

          11.2. MAIMO’s total liability for any claim does not exceed the value of the order placed.

 
          12. Indemnification
          12.1. You agree to indemnify MAIMO against any losses arising from:

         13. Breach of Terms
